Jennifer Ross-Tolton

I have worked on the web since 1996. My skills include site strategy and planning, information architecture, writing (specifically for the web), search marketing, site marketing and traffic analysis. I have expertise in privacy legislation as it relates to the web and internet based communication.

I work with companies and organizations to define, execute, and measure online strategies that directly contribute to measurable business goals.

I have a B. Comm (Hons - Marketing) from Queen’s University. Additionally, I hold a Masters of Science (Mgmt) from the University of British Columbia where my (pre-web) thesis focused on the effectiveness of political advertising in Canadian federal elections.
